Scale Challenge 2008

Round 6 (30th July) of the Scale Challenge was Scale Steering and the weather was good for the first time in nearly three months. Graham Fright with his “Little Queenie” only conceded one penalty point in each round and gained maximum points for the evening. Chris Locke is now in the overall lead.
Round 7 (20th Aug) was supposed to be a Blind Steering round, but this was cancelled once again due the poor weather!
The 1 Hour Enduro race was twice cancelled on Wed nights due to awful weather conditions, so it was decided to run it during Pete’s Fun Day (24th Aug) instead. There were 12 entries in total, 6 from other clubs. Chris won the race and therefore the series. All our club members did us proud by finishing in the top 6 places!
